HI, I'M CECILA AND I CAN HELP YOU
I’m a fully trained fascia yoga teacher, new mom anxiety coach and more then 500 hrs Yoga Teacher. But more importantly than that, I’m a mom and I’ve been where you are right now. I understand how upsetting it is to struggle as a new mom, to lose yourself in the day to day anxiety.
In this programme, I give my oath to creating a space for you to explore who YOU want to be as a new mom. Through yoga, breathwork, meditation and mindfulness you will untangle the anxiety, to reduce the panic so you can take control of your life.
Using traditional and modern practices in movement and you’ll walk away with all the tools you need to break free from anxiety and panic, to connect with your baby on a deep and nourishing level and to fall back in love with the wonderful woman you are.

MODULE 1
Balance The Mind
In this module you’ll walk away with a deep understanding of the mindset blocks that keep you stuck in fear and guilt. We’ll balance your fears with reality and help you shift the blocks so you can focus on moving forward without the guilt and stress.
We’ll look at:
- Fear of failure (as a mom, as a woman)
- Understanding where you are now (and where you want to be)
- Releasing yourself from bad ‘mom’ guit

MODULE 2
Breakthrough Emotions
In this module we look at the new mom emotional rollercoaster you can’t escape from. You’ll get the tools you need to take back control and navigate your emotions in a calm, energised and balanced way – giving you the confidence to manage every situation and challenge that comes your way.
We’ll cover:
- Understanding anxiety & panic attacks
- Releasing emotions that hold you back
- Navigating strong emotions

MODULE 3
Balancing Energy
As a new mom your energy gets drained every minute of the day. In week 3, we’ll focus on how to balance the energy you need with the day-to-day activities you have to achieve. We’ll balance the physical and mental energies so you can break free from negative self-talk and feelings and find a new way to look after yourself so you can look after your baby, without losing yourself completely.
We’ll look at:
- How to beat overthinking and over worrying
- Combating guilt & feeling unworthy
- Protecting yourself from fatigue and exhaustion

MODULE 4
Accepting The Breakthrough
Real change only comes when you find a deep and true way to accept your self and your new mom life. Week 4 will give you the tools – and permissions – you need to fall back in love with yourself and your life. You’ll understand your own needs so much more and know how to ask for the right help so that everybody is cared for in a loving, nourishing way.
We’ll cover:
- Getting clear on who you want to be now
- Connecting with your role as a confident mom
- Strengthening relationships with yourself, your baby, your partner

MODULE 5
The Balancing Act
Life is already challenging. The world we live in is so fast-paced and busy, it can feel impossible to maintain a healthy balance between mind, body and spirit. Baby’s get ill, husbands work late, you have so many spinning plates to look after. In week 5 you’ll develop a strong plan for moving forward in a balanced and calm way. We bring the lessons from weeks 1 – 4 together so that you feel confident about moving forward – whatever else is happening in your life.
We’ll look at:
- Realistic self-care & how to prioritise it
- Meditation techniques for any time or place
- Understanding your psychology and nutrition

In this session our resident Ayervedic doctor will help guide you to understand imbalances in your life. With this bonus you’ll be given the tools to align your whole system and feel balanced once more (or maybe even for the first time).BONUS 2

Finding inner peace as a new Mom will feel even more amazing after this Zumba class . You’ll shake up your endorphins, raise your heart rate and life your spirits, so you feel light and free. And you can return to this energy releasing movement whenever you need it in your life.BONUS 3
